How to Lose Weight – My Story

Have you ever wanted to know How to Lose Weight because you have been made fun of or felt too embarrassed to be seen in your swimsuit, or just wish that you can fit in those favorite paint of jeans again? If you know the feeling that I am talking about, then read on to see how I got rid of it…
Trust me, I know what a horrible feeling it is to be made fun of at school or even to be judged by friends or family and constantly feeling that everyone wants you to lose weight. I hope that no one would ever have to go through the ‘Lose weight trauma’ like I did. I was absolutely destroyed emotionally, and physically for that matter, because of a boyfriend that left me for a skinnier woman.

After weeks and weeks of being in an all time low self-esteem and feeling depressed, tired, aggravated  and just no “umpf” to get up and do anything, I turned it around. I started researching and really digging to find a weight loss solution that actually, really works without having severe side affects (I think we all remember that product that rhymes with “Gimply Glim”, which was removed from the market after a woman actually DIED from it just for wanting to Lose Weight! After spending thousands and thousands of Rands on diet pills, fat burners etc etc etc etc. I reached the conclusion that there is no magic pill or product that will make you thin, and the reason is simple.. if there was a pill that made you skinny, everyone would buy it and there would not be any overweight people. Remember, the weight loss industry is a multimillion Rand industry. They just want you to believe that a product works so that you can buy it and they make money. Business as usual as far as they are concerned.

Luckily though, there are a lot of toned, thin people too, and after all my research and product trial and error, I discovered the product that absolutely worked for me and changed my life for ever!

Since implementing the weight loss solution, my life has turned around, and I’m talking a complete 180 – I stared getting noticed at social events, receiving compliments from friends and family rather then being judged, and best of all, met a real HUNK of a guy and eventually got married and had 2 kids. Losing Weight – 5 reasons why you need to

1. Your Life Depends On It
I know, I know getting melodramatic probably isn’t the answer to successful weight loss, but your body mass index (BMI) is a good indicator of just how dangerous your weight can be. There are plenty of good reasons to lose weight, but none better than the fact that dropping as little as 5 kg’s can reduce your risk for contracting obesity related illnesses.

2. Sex
Sex is pretty much why humans do 95% of what we do, and losing weight is no exception. Sure, there are the obvious reason to lose a few kilo’s, but there is one reason to lose weight that far out weighs the other. Losing weight will simply improve your overall sexual experiences. Overweight or obese individuals experience more sexual dysfunction and performance problems than those whose weight falls into the normal/average category.

Losing weight will help improve your sexual satisfaction, not to mention it will increase your desire to have sex. Furthermore, losing weight the right way will enhance your desire for sex because you will no longer suffer from obesity related illnesses like those mentioned above.

3. Love the food you eat
One of comments that I hear most often from friends and family is a renewed love of food since learning how to lose weight properly. Food may seem like a counterproductive reason to lose weight until you really think about the foods that caused your weight gain. Chances are you weren’t piling your plate high with steamed vegetables or baked halibut to put on that weight.

4. Money
That’s right, money is as good a reason to lose weight as is your health. Losing weight means that you can stop spending an obscene amount of money on groceries, since you now have perfect portion control during every meal! When you start cutting out junk food and costly processed foods and start buying fresh food you’ll see a noticeable difference in your grocery bill each week, and that’s enough to make even the richest of us smile.

5. Comfort
As human beings comfort is often foremost on our minds, whether it’s sitting in morning traffic or relaxing at home in front of the televisions, being comfortable is like a biological imperative for us. The only time we seem to tolerate being uncomfortable is when we are overweight. No one likes to talk about this but it is truly an important reason to lose weight.

Clothes made for our overweight brethren are often uncomfortable, airplane and movie theater seats aren’t made for anyone bigger than a Victor Matfiled, and when the temperature goes up outside…forget about it. Your comfort level is enough of a reason to lose weight because carrying around extra kilograms is uncomfortable not to mention unimaginable. Losing weight will literally decrease the load you carry around with you, and comfortable humans are happy humans, and happy humans don’t drown their sorrows in 750 calories worth of ice cream and/or Milkybars!

Lose Weight Fast! Excercise with Resistance

Need to Lose Weight fast? Exercise may help you succeed at breaking your weight loss plateau. Many people hit a stopping point where their diet or healthy eating plan and any amount of exercise simply seems to stop working. Increasing your physical activity may give your weight loss another “push” and you’ll begin to lose weight fast again. Strength training, or weight training is also more effective because more calories are burnt taking your weight loss to a new high. Many woman fear that they will not lose weight but grow huge muscles instead.
